Another day of exercise and tax return docs sorted.

Thursday, August 29, 2013

Funny weather today, heavy rain intercepted with warm sunny patches. Sooty and I managed to get to the river and he managed 3 good swims before it got too cold in the water. He is walking on all 4 legs a lot more now, even when he is walking faster.

The accountant came and after spending 5 hours last night getting all the documents and figures together the whole process was straight forward. Phew! Another job done!

Getting organised to go to Albany tomorrow to visit hubby's brother and family.

Got on the rowing machine again today but couldn't quite get the full 5 kilometers done. But 3.5 kilometers in 20 mins is OK.
Spent about 15 mins doing some yoga stretches. Have had a niggling pain in my Rt hip, but that seemed much better today. I may have over stretched it previously.

Well better head off to bed , see you on the flip side. emoticon
