I stopped weighing myself because I don't want to see a high number.
I have not been recording my food for the past couple of weeks, and it's making me very lazy about keeping to the plans. I've been indulgent the last few weeks, because I knew I wasn't writing it.
I haven't been going to yoga or the gym. Thank goodness for my morning walks.
I still check in every day, but not much forward progress.
Time to get back to the plan that works.
