4th week

This is the 4th week of the 5k training program. So I walked like 4.5 miles today. Not part of my training program but hey! I was supposed to do 2 mins walking 2.5 mins jogging for a total of 27mins. I did like 105 mins just walking. Did some apt hunting today and walked the whole time. I did break it up though but I did do 55 mins straight. Hoo wee! emoticon
