I have started shopping at a local fruit market before doing my weekly shopping. I now load up on as many different veggies that I can to incorporate into my meals. It is exciting to try new vegetables and even better add them to existing recipes. Thankfully my spouse is open to trying new recipes. This has given me a better attitude in tackling dinner and ultimately its healthier and that is what this process all about!
