Why journal? So you can see what's working and what's not. This is part of what makes Sparkpeople.com such a success. We get on here and post and blog about what we did, what we should have done, what went wrong. We get support from each other and can even surprise ourselves when we help someone else with an issue.
So, five week challenge? Journal for five weeks, one week at a time. How did the first week go? What was good, what needs help, what you ate, what you liked, what you wished, how you felt about it. Take what you learned into the second week. What can be improved? How do the results look and feel?
Let's all do this together and see if we're not all the more healthy for it!
Sometimes it can be a stress in itself just to realize that we might have a lot of weight to lose or we're not as strong as we'd like. Let's all see what we can do in five weeks! I won't even tell you that five weeks will bring us to Canadian Thanksgiving - the beginning of the Christmas season! Might as well get started now! :D A healthier you is the best gift you'll ever be able to give yourself!
