August 23rd was the final weigh in with Amazing Amethyst team which ran 10 weeks long and the 1st time that I was team captain I was pretty nervous and the set up was pretty stressful on me. I don't know why I was so worried team really pulled it all together and really ROCKED and OWNED the Summer Challenge I was so amazed at what the team as a whole did a amazing bunch of Women. There were those who lost each and every week and they lost high percentages by the end of the 10 weeks.
Just few highlights there were team members who lost over 8% of their star up weight for the challenge These were are top 5 biggest loser :

ellie381 (Ellie) -8.22% loss
LUANN7 (Luann) -7.73% loss
SheenaDee (Merle) -7.47% loss
changeisgood (Sandy) -6.53% loss
There many other who had just as
accomplishments during the 10 weeks Sorry guys it took so long to post I have been working on getting the Fall into Fitness team together I am looking for another great challenge with these amazing women. In all honesty I just need time to soak up how I did on the challenge
For me nothing stellar but I did stay with in my weight range for the whole ten weeks I had a 0.88 % loss during the 10 weeks I was able to step out of my comfort zone and push myself more then I have in the past.
Along with this team I also participated on the BLC22 with the EXTREME CAMO CREW (today was last wiehg in for the 12 weeks) which was an amazing experience in its self. Now those are some really extreme hard core women no time for slacking didn't want to seem like a wimp . You know what works for you and its no time in slacking get out there and JUST DO IT! To be truthful I wasn't sure if I could hang with them or not. I wasn't to sure if I was way out of my league ( I am by the workouts they do
) but I found what I am made of . Had personal stressors but I still was able kept up with the pack . Next BLC with the CAMO CREW will even be better Need to push hard to get what I want on this journey. Maintenance is a bit tricky but I am listening to my body as it knows what is best for me I am not forcing weight loss more going with the flow I am at low end of range which I wanted and I got it so I will be tweaking my range here & there.
During the challenge gym changed location so I had to re vamp work outs as they got different equipment to use and I started to work out at both gyms as I had to bring the running indoors as it is way to hot to run outside Hoping end of September to be able to take it back outside.
Now during the short break I will continue on the same path
