Lunch Time Walk

Another lunch time walk, 2.7 miles, finished. I started not to walk. It is currently 89 degrees here. I just new it would be too hot to walk. But I had to go out there. I'm supposed to walk with my husband tonight but 2 miles for the day, just isn't good enough. Anyway, it was hot but there was a nice breeze. I only did one lap around my new route. I didn't want to push it with it being so hot. I'm still going up and down with my weight. Hopefully walking twice a day will help be get the numbers going back down.

Current weight: 294.7

    Exercise is great but it takes food control with the exercise to consistently come out the way we want. emoticon emoticon

    Good idea to split the walk and do more in the evening. That will certainly help to keep you cooler as you get your exercise in!

    Change your mind, change your body. And, you did just that.

emoticon that you got up and walked at lunchtime changed your mind about the walk and ended up doing an impressive 2.7 miles! emoticon

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you. emoticon
