Saw the nutritionist today. It wasn't always as bad as I th0ught it was going to be (things are never as bad as you think they're going to be!) I am down one pound from my doctor's appointment from last week. I did gain a couple of inches on my hips and it definitely is not muscle.
But, we decided to get me to my goal of 125 pounds before my family vacation in November. Plenty of time to lose 16 pounds. I'm going back to measuring and journaling. I will write my food down as well as input it on to spark. So, I will be double responsible!
She was so confident (she always is, that's why she is so great), and I'm ready to do this for good!
