I have never been a breakfast eater except when I was younger and when we would go camping. People tell me all the time you should eat breakfast it's the most important meal of the day. Then on Spark coach they say about the same thing but that eating breakfast is a good way to start you day off and possible help you lose weight.
Here is my problem I don't like cereal in milk. I am not a big fan of milk altogether. For me a hot cup of tea is good enough. So I skip breakfast. Not good right. 3 meals a day is what my plan is.
So I am going to look up some recipes for some good breakfasts and also healthy.
