ERRANDS AND LEFT OVERS

I had errands to run this morning.....bank....drugstore ....market and then stopped to check out a sale.
We had a turkey tenderloin leftover Sunday so I am going to make a veggie noodle soup with it. It will make enough for a meal and take some things out of the fridge. Celery, onions, carrots, some green peas and spinach as well as the turkey and some egg noodles. We work hard at our house to cut out food waste and we have doing good on this for the last year and few months. It has cut our grocery spending a great deal. We incorporate a lot of fresh veggies and fruits when available. This also has cut out our eating out very often.
