Working it Wednesday...

OK, thanks to Bear and Patty for giving me the kicks in the butt I needed to get out and walk this am. 5 laps and also talking, that was the hardest part, standing still.... so sticky and muggy....I had to pour water over my head and shirt ....whew...

Walked a bit with my buddy who got me through the 5th lap the first time I did it. He was off due to a medical procedure and only started back yesterday with 2 laps, he was almost at 6 laps.. Anyway, I suggested he walk twice a day till he worked back up and he hadn't thought of it, but was considering it. At least that encouraged me to walk that 5th lap for him..

Brekkie - corn beef sandwich with sauerkraut, 2 peaches
Lunch - egg salad on wasa crisp, cole slaw, pineapple/banana/coconut 35 cal. yogurt, streawberries.
Supper - taco salad....

    Keep it up!

It is supposed to be 5-7 days to get the results but last tie it took 2 weeks. Just going to concentrate on the knee getting better.

More after my nap, we have been running errands with me in the car,
