day 3 of daily excercise

i have 2 more days this week for work. we are slow so they are giving us friday off. that is ok with me , it is hot and i work in a factory so i will def take it

my enthusiasim is coming back with a vengeance. i have worked out every day this week. i have wore my fitbit and i am eating right.

i started my c25k over cause i was just playing around with it. back to the begining and i must say that i am struggling with week 1. but i am confident that all my hard work will pay off in the end.

i have also added weight training. my sister is 60 and found out she has osteoporosis. i must keep adding weights to prevent this.

for dinner today: whiting filet and cauliflower and an orange.
