This morning I went to the gym. I usually do the stationary bike for about ten minutes before my legs start to get tired. Because of my muscle weakness problems I have not been able to go at a quick enough speed consistently to keep the display showing on the bike, even though I only have it set on manual level. Today I was able to keep the display going for the whole thirteen minutes I was riding it! It has been several years since I have been able to do that. One of my big goals in this journey is to keep my mobility, so this is a big encouragement to me. All those small amounts of exercise I have been doing daily the past two months, along with the weight loss, are paying off!
