I realized yesterday that I went so off track over the weekend, that I am adding another day to my 24... or backing up a day (whatever!). So, today is day 6 take 2
Yesterday went pretty well... though, once again, I bombed at dinner time. I need to figure this one out. Yes, eating better from 6am-4pm is good... but then going rogue from 4pm-7pm isn't going to cut it for long. I am 8 pounds form a "normal" BMI, so I know I need to be better about these things because the last little bit is ALWAYS the hardest to get rid of.
However, I kept up my exercises - did a couple of extras last night (the plan has 20 different types and I've yet to make it through them all in a day...). My arms and shoulders are starting to actually show that I have muscles in there (yes, they're still buried under a nice padding, but they are THERE!).
I have 2 more crazy nights (open houses and new activities is killing me!)... then I can, maybe, get a run in again. Though I must admit that I am waking up easier and feeling more energetic right off the bat, so MAYBE next week I'll try to do a little bit of cardio in the morning... maybe
