Well the cravings have started! And I've found myself having a nibble of something here and there that I shouldn't.
I've been with my son to a child's birthday party today.. I was dreading the food! Sweets, chocolate, burgers, sausages, crisps the list is endless and not a healthy thing in sight!
Ill admit I had a nibble on some crisps. And had a sausage but gave my son the bread, and 2 Jaffa cakes.

The temptation to order takeaway food is bad! Luckily were low on money so treats we can't afford anyway luckily! Other than that I feel like I'm doing really well.
Tomorrow it will be a week, but I'm choosing Sunday as my weigh in day now (before I have my biggest meal if the week when we visit the parents! Fingers crossed my slip ups haven't cost me!!
