Continuing on a stress-free journey: week four

Talk about not missing something - getting rid of stress leaves you more time to think about other things, or nothing at all. When I was a kid, my mom was always telling me to stop daydreaming. Now daydreaming is a guilt-less pleasure, replacing the time I used to spend worrying and stressing out about things out of my control. If I can't do anything about it, there isn't a place for it in my thoughts. Not that anyone should get the wrong idea; this is not easy for me. I am reminding myself daily to "let it go." But at least now, I don't hear that little voice so often. The journey moves forward one day at a time, one step at a time.
