I have checked in on spark people for 100 days straight now. That is my "besides the scale" victory for today. I switched over to the plateau busting coach sessions. I know what I am doing wrong, just not sure why. I am not logging my food lately, which is always a sign that I don't want to be honest about what I am eating. I haven't gained any weight other than the normal for me up and down 4-5 pounds. It depends on how swollen my left leg and foot are at the moment. Usually worse in the summer heat.
My knee is getting better daily. My doctor recommended a cane because my back and hip were starting to get extra sore from trying to walk without hurting my knee. They make such fun canes! Mine is a leopard skin pattern. I feel very stylish.
Missing really being able to workout, but that's a good thing, I never would have said that several years ago. I am slowly getting better. Experimenting with different exercises, trying to find something I can do without making myself worse.
