wow last night I was obsessing about my stomach grabbing smaller clothes to see if I was gaining weigh as yesterday did not weigh myself
I promised myself to only weigh once a week but knew I could not do that. I am addicted to what the scale says so on the days like yesterday 1200 calories I expect a weigh gain.
well surprise jazzy I lost 1 pound
breakfast applesauce with chocolate chips
cup skim milk
strawberries

lunch
6 red bean tricuits
cucumbers
tomatoes

snack
orange

supper broccoli slaw stir fry
hamburger with cheese
wheat low carb bread
cucumbers

snack apple

as I look and count saw far just 1100

weigh in tomorrow at tops
there scale does not weigh the same as mine so not sure of the outcome
I just do my best and know exercise eating right and maybe more calories not sure how I am doing the best I can emoticon
