Funky week

I've been in a funk the last few days-- not sure why. I just haven't cared too much about tracking food or what kind of food I'm eating. I have continued to walk so that's something. I had started a spark streak of tracking every day. I made it 22 days. I am starting the streak over today.

I think I just got a little frustrated that the scale didn't move for 2 weeks then it finally did last Saturday-- 1/2 pound only. What frustrated me was how hard I worked those weeks. According to SP I burned over 4000 calories each week, I stayed within my calorie range every day. So to only lose 1/2 pound in 3 weeks--- emoticon

According to my sister, I should stop focusing on the scale and focus on how I feel and my measurements. I do agree with her-- to a point. When you are over 200 pounds I think you still need to focus on the scale. If I was say, 150, then I could see maybe not focusing so much on the scale. But right now, I still have almost 100 pounds to lose. I have taken my measurements and will take them again when the 5% challenge is over.

So back on track today! Hopefully I haven't done too much damage the last few days.
