I usually do my blog at the end of the day for the previous day, but this morning I needed an extra push and kick in the pants so I'm listening to Sparkpeople radio, and getting that push. I also Spark While I'm listening to the radio. If you haven't found the Sparkpeople radio I highly reccommend it.
Got my health goals done yestarday. I got in a walk, and ate my healthy breakfast. As far as my other goals I was too tired when I got home to get to them. Yestarday was Orientation at Walmart, and it was a long day of information. I wasn't up to doing any studying when I got home, or reading, or writing, or housework. I did write in my journal though. I also stayed under the 2000 mark. I did go over my calorie range, but not by much. I also got in my walk, doing what I use to do when I was working. I got off the bus about 4 stops before my regular one, and that's about a half hour walk. I also got in over 10,000 steps on my pedometer.
My goals for Thursday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
30 mintues of exercise/walking
10 minutes of strength training
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
