I like running in the rain - just not a torrential downpour with hail and lightening. So no run on Tuesday. Good thing I accidentally ran my easy short run on Monday at the gym!
I had triumph over the morning and got out of bed and hit the gym (a bit late) but withing tolerance.
Then 25 minutes of walking hills on the treadmill.
I can feel my arms already - so should be a fun couple days till my muscles get back on board with the weights. I am already groaning from Monday's legs!
Tomorrow is a medium run 3.5 miles. I am hoping to do this at the civic center track - unless mother nature decides to pour on us again.
Food is okay.
I have breakfast and lunch going well. Dinner needs some help. The husband does the cooking. So I am dragging the hubby to a prep-once eat healthy all week class. Either that or I am going to have to ditch the family dinners - too much temptation on the table right in front of me. That's how I had to do it last time. Soon family dinner time with be scarce, soccer season is starting up, and we will be adding girl scouts to the mix for the littlest. I am considering taking a karate lesson on Thursday nights with the kids. Could be fun.
Still working on the September plan. I have a nice long weekend to get my plan in action.
