I got on the scale Monday morning and weighed 150. I actually had to move the weight (I have a doctor's scale) from the 100 to 150 - which means I'm actually a little more than 150. This is up from 135 in May, so I've gained 15 poounds in three months.
I can point to all the stressful situations and health problems I've had, but I think like many folks, I'm confused. I track my food. I wear a fit bit. I'm deliberately active given that I have a desk job.
I've had to go on a number of different medications this summer, which may have something to do with it. I have some very ill family members. A highly stressful job. I'm not a "good" sleeper. So it all adds up. But I was trying so hard and it's very discouraging!
I know I'm one of many people who regain, but I need to find a way to call a halt to this trend and also to reverse it. I'm supposed to weigh 135, which is what I weighed when I was 12.
