Today's challenge is to pay attention to pre & post workout snacks.
I've been getting in 5 to 5.5 hours of sleep per night & it's catching up with me. I'm feel exhausted today. I'll focus on getting to bed earlier tonight.
Our next 5k is October 5, 2013! It's a local run for a local charity!
PS I drank a Costco protein drink after my workout & got in some extra sleep. The days are getting shorter.
