Hump Day

The smoothie this morning was made with nonfat plain yoghurt, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, honey, frozen pineapple and frozen banana, spinach and parsley. It was green of course and I thought 'yuck' but it actually tasted the best so far. The pineapple, banana and honey I think made the difference.

I also learned something today - when freezing bananas - peel them first. I put the whole banana in the freezer, of course when it's frozen the skin does not come off as easily. It wasn't a big problem, but it did take more time.

I was tired this morning and I contemplated not going out to exercise - but I said I won't let the leprechauns mess with me. I got out of bed and kept the streak alive.
