Day 2

Day two... Yesterday was low key. I woke and did the oil pulling again. I posted about it on Facebook and some of my friends told me about their oil pulling practices. They also mentioned taking apple cider vinegar as well. Next week I think I will try adding that into my health regiment. I did the 7 day boot camp work out video: day one, then, I did the "Move Your Body" by Beyonce dance. It's for kids but, Hey, I like to have fun too! Through out the day I keep trying to imagine myself with a healthy image. Also, I had extra chickpeas let so I attempted to make veggie burgers. The were more like falafel patties. I fried two in olive oil then baked the others. I preferred the fried. My children liked both. If I could have figured a way to make them more firm w/o eggs, I think that would've helped. Once I tried to make black bean burgers and that was a "fail" as my 10 year old would say. Lol. I like to experiment. My dream is to be able to eat delicious healthy vegetarian food everyday.
