Why?

Tuesday, August 27, 2013

After such a successful day yesterday, why did I blow it all today? No walk, went to town, and ate out at A&W and it wasn't nearly as good as I was anticipating....

Threatening weather today threw me off and I broke my routine...

Not a good day... gonna go read to calm down....
Hope everyone else is having a better day ...

Oh, heavens! I'm having a stressful day today. My computer QUIT. My friend who knows computers couldn't even get my files off of it and it's only about 8 months old. I got a late start this morning because my back hurt all night last night. Let's go for a walk right now and pretend that we're doing it together! Maybe our moods will be better after that.

My day was thrown off from the get go too. But we can always start our day over. Hope the reading helps! I started over by taking a power nap at 5 pm. Woke up in a better frame of mind. Now, I can get a good workout in. Exercising always helps me. emoticon

Nothing for it now, EXCEPT learning from the experience. Have a healthier and desirable alternative ready for the next time you are feeling stress and want to eat fast food. If you can learn something from today, then it is a worthwhile experience, even though it didn't go as planned. That's how long term lifestyle changes you can live with develop. I wish you the very best on your journey!
