Note to self, do not watch scary movies before going to bed. Heee heee. I never really have a problem with them I love them. However Saturday night I watched the curse of the Werewolf, and loved it, but had nightmares from the film. This was right before I went to bed. It probably won't happen again.
Yestarday I got all my goals done. I finally got back to the pool, and it was fun. I stayed under the 2000 mark, but went above my calorie range. Today I got in a 45 minute walk after work.
My goals for Wednesday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
45 minutes of cardio/swimming
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
