Note to self, do not watch scary movies before going to bed. Heee heee. I never really have a problem with them I love them. However Saturday night I watched the curse of the Werewolf, and loved it, but had nightmares from the film. This was right before I went to bed. It probably won't happen again.

Yestarday I got all my goals done. I finally got back to the pool, and it was fun. I stayed under the 2000 mark, but went above my calorie range. Today I got in a 45 minute walk after work.

My goals for Wednesday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
45 minutes of cardio/swimming
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.

    I'm with you, Zzyyggy - i like a good old-fashioned scary movie. None of that slasher stuff, though.

    *Sigh* I never did like scary movies. Just now I'm re-watching the James Herriot series on Netflix.
