I've heard about these for a while now and if you know me , I have been meal prepping for some time . Though lately I have been craving home cooked food . So I have been trying really hard to make meals healthier and have that home cooked feel .
I have only made two so far , Chicken Broccoli Alfredo & Taco Black Bean Soup. I do have a bunch of recipes that I want to try out before I make a whole batch of freezer meals.
Of course it just another reason for me to use my slow cooker.
Have you every freezer meal prepped ? Do you have any meals that are a fav ?
Yesterday I was able to get in a 25 min workout not the greatest but it was a workout. Today after laundry is done going to get some cardio and yoga in . I am more excited to go to yoga class , I am just dreaming of the day where the belly is gone and yoga is more enjoyable.
That time again is coming up the month is almost over and that means a new set of monthly goals. Ive been playing around with them for some time and I finally got it .
* Do a fun activity for 25-30 mins burn more than 200 calories anything over awesome
- Big goals scare me and It makes me give up , totally working on that one
* Drink a cup of Green Tea a Day
* No eating out !
Thats its , something simple for me to do . I really dont do well with pressure so I am just going to do something fun , drink some tea and make sure all my foods are packed to avoid eating out .
