Well, I waited until we returned from vacation to try to hit the weights. I had jammed my shoulder again when I got tossed in the waves but I thought I'd give it a shot. Nope
not happening. I went back to the Chiro yesterday and although I got a little relief, he did say everything had locked right up again. I am considering just getting an MRI of my shoulder just to be sure there isn't anything torn.
So, I re-did a meal plan for myself based on my not being able to workout and cardio is really only when I'm not in a lot of pain. How things can change so rapidly is just mind blowing
. But anyway, 2 days into my "new" plan and I feel better just cleaning up my food choices. While we were away, I just tried to not think about it. I didn't pig out all the time, but if I wanted an ice cream cone with the kids, I had one. (Mmmmmm, coconut chocolate chip on a waffle cone
But, I do feel better already (at least my stomach does). I even think I see a little of the bloating has left already.
I recently have had an onslaught on new meal plan clients who have reported in with success stories -- which makes me thrilled. Election/campaign season is picking up and school starts next week.
