Eat 8-10 freggies daily no way to know for sure, I didn't track
Track food intake on Sparkpeople daily nope, started again today
Keep sodium intake below 2300 every day no way to know
It's been an interesting week. I knew that I was going to have a potluck on Friday, but figured that would be the only blip for the week. I was determined to stay focused on my goals this week. The first three days didn't go so well, so I thought Saturday would be a fresh start. My husband surprised me with a visit to my Mom and I made some bad choices. Since then, I have done much better, especially in the cardio department. I really want to post a loss tomorrow so I can stay in the Last Clover Standing Challenge I joined. If I don't post a loss, I have already used my free pass and will be out of the challenge. My thoughts for the coming week are: I need to make every day a best day and stop getting sidetracked in the first days of the week so I have to buckle down the last part of the week. If I stay on track every day, it will be much more balanced. So, I am going to make tomorrow day 1 again and have a best day. Let's hope all of my hard work over the last few days will be enough to drop the weight I gained at the beginning of the week.
