Those of you who know me, know that I don't have any of the techno devices so I won't be using this...but almost makes me want to get smarter with a smart phone (like PLAYFULKITTY) is doing. This came in today's e-mail from the Cleveland Clinic. I love the idea of being chased by Zombies to get me inspired to "kick it in"!!
