Well, Monday was much better than the weekend, though I still "cheated". Weight is consistently going down (YEA!), so I'm not stressing about it. I'm trying to apply the 80/20 rule... if 80% of what I do and eat is on plan, it's ok to slip. Though I still try not to, I seem to have a really hard time from about 4pm until the kids are in bed. Tonight is pretty busy, so I'm hopeful that I will be better
I started the 24 DC at home workout plan... and my arms are so weak! I am doing the beginner plan and it amazes me how even 1 set of 20 (with a resistance band) takes me almost to failure! Guess it's a good place to start.
