Really. My hubby went to the Dr last Tues to be told how bad artificial sweetners really are for you. He brought home an aritcle how diet soda makes you gain more weight. because of the artificial sweetners. So I gave it up. So, now my coffee has creamer (no sugar or splenda) and my ice tea has lemon.... but I am not adding anything else to sweeten. I can actually say, that after a week, I don't really miss it?!? If you asked me 2 weeks ago, I never would have thought that I could do it, but it wasn't hard!
