WEIGHT LOSS YESTERDAY AND A GREAT WORKOUT TODAY.

Yep, I I used both the treadmill and the bike today at the gym.
I did 34 minutes on the bike and I went 5 miles. Last time I did 5 miles in 36 minutes I think, and this time it was 35 minutes. Then I got on the treadmill and walked at 2.0 mph for 10 minutes. Not a bad 45 minute workout. I originally wanted to do a half hour on each one but it didn't happen today. Maybe next time.
Yesterday was a good day at WW. I was down .8 which means I lost the .4 that I gained 2 weeks ago and lost another .4 this week. That puts me down in the 127's. 127.8 to be exact. Maybe I'll be in the 126's next Monday. Thanks for all your encouragement. That helps a lot.
