The body is a strange thing.
Over the past week, I've done a lot of great things for my health. I've done well with tracking my food, eating veggies, drinking water. I've worked out.
Yet, my body didn't get the notice that it was supposed to reduce the number of pounds on the scale.
Now, I've been down this road before, so I know that if I keep doing what I'm doing, it WILL come off, but that is NOT what I wanted to see on my scale this morning.
How on earth does a person gain multiple pounds by doing the right things? Well, it could have to do with the amount of sodium I've had or that my body is trying to hold on to all of its calories thinking I won't feed it everything it sees anymore. But, mostly it is probably due to Aunt Flo, the witch! She'll be gone soon enough and so will those pounds
