As promised (a really long time ago now), photo of my Giant Salad:
Today's is romaine, cucumbers, marinated kale, and roasted cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, & baby squash. The tupperware on the side is my bff chicken salad (3oz chicken, 3oz fat free greek yogurt, 1 Tb light mayo, celery & onion. Nummy.)
