Yesterday i was really really stressed and needed to go for a walk, run, jog or something. It was around noon and the temp was in the 90's very humid and full sun. I started off running, then jogging, then walking. I brought two bottles of water with me and already had them finished. I took a few quick breaks and sat in the shade for a minute. When i got home, i realized i had been out for 35 minutes. My face was beat red almost purple. I laid down on the couch and drank another bottle of water. When i sat up 30 min later, my face was still red (like i was sunburnt) and the couch was drenched with sweat. It took almost 1 hour to get the color in my face back to normal and i had a headache the rest of the day.
Lesson Learned: Find an alternative when it's that hot outside, or limit my time outside.
