So its been a while since i visited spark people, let alone stuck with my healthy lifestyle. I guess after loosing those first 35 pounds, i figured i needed a break, but what i hadnt realized is that its okay to take a small break but not a permanent one, its okay to cheat once in a while but not a constant cheat. which is exactly what i did. I cheated at each meal
and i didnt worry about working out to burn off the excess calories consumed, i didnt worry about keeping things flowing naturally with water, i just drank all my calories away and over consumed food. Didn't worry about my veggies. didnt keep an eye on my late night snacks just threw all those tasting chocolates into my mouth like i hadnt a worry in the world for my health....and look what happened. i gained 5 pounds back in a snap of a finger. loosing 5 pounds is so hard! it seems impossible to gain them back so quickly but i did. which has given me a reality call. Its okay to cheat a little bit, but dont jump off the wagon completly ...luckily it was just 5 pounds...
i will start over and make it a consistent thing. I will work daily to make it a part of my lifestyle.
