My personal fitness week starts over on Wednesdays, so here are my goals for the new week to come:
*Complete 200 fitness minutes (cardio)
*Complete 2 strength training sessions with medicine ball (1 set of 4 exercises)
Wed: Med Ball, Treadmill 40
Fri: Elliptical 20, Treadmill 20
Sat: Walk 20+
Sun: Video 20
Mon: Med Ball, Treadmill 40
Tue: Ellip 20, Tread 20
This way, my Spark friends can help keep me accountable. My wife already helps out in that regard because my fitness schedule is posted on our fridge.
