Body really didn't complain this morning, which I was thankful for.
Today I pedaled for 30 minutes .... 5 more than yesterday. Didn't feel as tired when I got to 25 minutes, so I went to 30.
did my 20 jumping jacks.
20 squats. I broke these up in two sets of 10. I always wonder if I'm going low enough. ... today I was watching TV while doing them so I turned to face the TV and my bottom would just barely touch the coffee table ..... PERFECT!! Now I know to face the TV and use the coffee table as my stopper ... or goer. My legs were asking what I was doing, and if I was crazy. .... I politely ignored them.
push ups ....... I got smart today. I broke them up too. and guess what??? I did 10!! probably not in the best of form, kind of all chicken winged but that's the only way I can even do one. ..... So when I can do more I will work on getting the right form. I know you're supposed to do right form first then go for numbers. I have never been able to do them right .... never! My arms are talking to me so I guess that means that I have used them.
Yesterday I ended up with 5723 steps. right now I got 2743. and just like yesterday, I got some errands to run. ...... Little bloody buggers broke my finch bird feeder. ... I like my finches. so that means that I will have to replace the broken one now or not have my finches ..... bloody little buggers! squirrels .... and I like them too and I feed them too. but they didn't have to break the feeder. bloody little buggers. .... so I should get in my steps again today.
