as I approach today my mind is muddled. Did not sleep well and not sure why but most of the night in recliner. I am just going to focus on eating healthy. I have been doing that but fast metabolism diet this week is meat, meat, meat and that would be nice but with small food budget I have turkey sausage, turkey peparonie and hamburgers.

breakfast
home made muffin
milk

snack applesauce no sweet with cinnamon

lunch cucumbers
red bean tricuits 6

snack orange

supper
turkey sausage
hamburger
cucumbers
slaw stir fried will post recipe

brocolie slaw, add red onions, then green peppers stir fry sometimes carrots to a crisp taste or for me soft taste pepper drop over meat and eat
you can put low sodium tomato soup, or any tomatos perhaps crushed into the mixture this is a hungry girl with a Jazz kick from me be creative

muffin
spice cake mix
applesauce 1 cup
raisins small box
chocolate chips hanful
3 eggs
water about half cup
oatmeal
half a can pumpkin
bake in oven makes a ton freeze and eat when a quick breakfast is needed
