I did over 4 miles of running/Jogging/Walking today out side even though we are having a hot and humid spell. Part of it was done on the side walk in front of my house, and part was done in the street at the corner of my house down in a cul de sac, and part was running up and down my steep long drive way. I ran the first half mile straight, and then ran/jogged/walked a mile and half, and then the rest was done going up and down my drive way. After that I went into the house to weigh myself on my Wii system and I got my wind back so I decided to do some "Free Step" on the Wii with a fan blowing on me to cool me down. When I was running out side I was going between 3.5 to 5 mph, and when I started to walk part of it I was going 3.5 to 5 mph still, and when I was going up the drive way I was going between 3-4.5 mph. I looked and when I hit the 3.02 mile mark on my watch it was 45 mins from the start of the run. So I am getting a little better, little by little. My first 5k will be Sat Sept 7th.
