Last week, I lost over 2 pounds. I weigh myself daily and 4 of the 7 days, I had a weight loss. I am most positive it was because I was walking / jogging and eating right.
Well, I lost that groove...
I had Chili's chicken fajitas one night that is so high in salt content. The next night, I couldn't stop after one hot Italian sausage with sausage bun, also high in salt. And today, I made breaded chicken which I think has high salt from the shake-n-bake packet.
I also was not able to get more than two miles yesterday and a mile in today. I was called in to work at the day program. Plus, we are experiencing extremely high temperatures today and will have equally high temps tomorrow. By 8 am, it will be in the mid 70's and by 9 am in the 80's. Unusual for Chicago weather!
So, if I do not get called in to work tomorrow, I will be on my treadmill working out. I need to find my groove again before I work my thursday and friday double shifts (7 am to 9 pm)...but I can still walk the long hallways! Not too worried on that.
