Ok it's Monday....

Ok it's Monday, I restarted Sparkpeople last Wednesday, and I am proud to say, I'm still tracking food and fitness. I really need to try to up my water intake, just another thing I have to work on, but with perseverance I can do it(or so I keep telling myself) I am holding myself responsible for what I am doing,( for now) We'll see after I weigh in who I can blame if its not good!!!(lol) just kidding, I already know it will be DH's fault.. lol. I've been on some boards, not alot has been happening on them these past couple days, but I'll keep checking in ,I am really going to use my teams as my support, so fyi start working on strength training because I'm not a small gal !!!!
