    I am so with your friend Judy, if I don't get out in the morning after breakfast the day does not start right. GREAT strategy though for winter nights get down on the floor. Pat in Maine.

    Good idea, Judy. For me it's getting my walking shoes on right after I get out of bed. Put the coffee pot on, go out the door for my walk. Otherwise it's a million excuses why not. emoticon emoticon
