Today ends week 2 of my carb cycling experiment. I am not going to focus on carbs tonight though. I want to have my 2-week weigh in tomorrow to get the whole picture.
What I'm looking at now is fitness minutes and calories burned. It's so hard to burn the most calories in the least amount of time and get lots of steps!
You see I am in a challenge that counts miles walked. So I've been trying to walk more.
But... walking isn't necessarily the highest calorie burner so I like to do other things, like ST and circuit training that burns a lot of calories but doesn't amount to many steps. Anyway, I am still working on finding a balance.

I think they are mostly good but I would like to be consistently in the 400-500 calories most days. I know that's a tall order but hopefully I can work it out.
