So today I went to the gym and jogged/ran a 5k (33:27 and NO walking)...then my energy was still up so I did 30 minutes on the ARC trainer.
But the real fun was the date I planned for my fiancee and I. We went to a trampoline park! I am going to be sore tomorrow but it was an awesome way to ramp up the cardio, spend time together, and try something new.
What new things are you hoping to try soon? I personally may make a pole-dancing or bikram yoga class my next step.
