Well, I got up fairly early today and was eager to get back in a routine...(yes I did say that!) So, Buddy and I walked from 9:15 to 11:15, with a nice long chat with another walker for a little while.
Came home, did dishes, started a new book...Linda Howard's "Prey" wow, this is only the second book of hers I've read, and am already on pg. 100.... intense and exciting, made me laugh out loud a few times too.
Anyway, after I made supper, I went walking again... made it to 13 km total today... up to 1900 Fitness Minutes...... woohoo!!! Celebrate!!!!! ** Actually SP gave me the 2000 Fitness Minutes trophy today!!!!
Brekkie - veggie omelette, yogurt, blueberries
Lunch - cole slaw, corn on cob, sardines, yellow wax beans, apple, tomatoes
Supper - black beans, corn, peppers, brown rice and tomatoes (but how do I post it on SP?)
Snack - Peek Freans, SF hot chocolate
