I was sitting in work feeling really bored today and I suddenly thought up a new diet! It is funny how these things come to me at the most unlikely of moments.
The basis of the diet is to focus on 2 food types per week (from fruit, fibre, protein & water) and during that week all other food types should be kept to a minimum. Then the next week the 2 food types changes, hopefully ensuring a faster metabolism. I've created a programme to last right up to when I want to reach my goal weight by, which is the end of April next year. The jump in dates in January is for our annual holiday :D
I don't know how well it will go for me, but maybe it will inspire someone else to try something similar, which will make it worth my time sharing it. :)
