On the 23rd or 24th of August, I noticed I only logged 600ish fitness points. Tsk tsk on me. I decided it was a good mini goal to push to 100o for the month with only a week left. I'm at 829 tonight...and I'm contemplating a walk at dusk. Maybe I can get to 1200 and match in week 4 what I did in the 1st 3 weeks. Thoughts become action!
